Refund Policy
We have 10- day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving you item you request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same conditions that you received it, unworn, unused and/or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact at info@andrevidafit.com . If you return is accepted, we will notify you. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect you order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will not guarantee refund or exchanges after 3 days of item being received. This policy will apply if the item is defective, damaged, missing pieces or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it as soon as possible.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items
Certain types or items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, (such as food, and supplements), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunaly, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Provisional policy: temporarily suspending product returns – in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. This policy is consistent at all our stores, as well as with all of our competitors. Once a produce has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is first to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected you return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING
General Information
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. (If you entered the incorrect address, you will pay for cost generated to resend the package).
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or stolen items once package has been confirmed as delivered by the courier company.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
For U.S. Domestic orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements, rates will vary depending on courier company and time frame delivery selected.
Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Luxury Fitness LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Luxury Fitness LLC will not hold nor accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Shipping available to the 50 states of the United States. Currently, we do not ship to American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our collections of Luxury Fitness LLC. Luxury Fitness LLC reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
